Keepsworth sells binders for your family’s most private information — so we hold ourselves to the standard we’d want from anyone near it. The short version: we collect the minimum, we sell nothing, and what you write in your printed binder never touches our servers at all.
What we collect
When you buy: checkout is processed entirely by Stripe. We receive your email address and order details (what you bought, when, for how much) so we can deliver your files and honor the guarantee. We never see or store your card number.
When you join a list: if you request the free ICE kit or register a copy, we store your email address (and your yes/no answer to the digital-copy question) with MailerLite, our email provider, so we can send what you asked for.
When you browse: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, anonymous page counts only. No advertising trackers, no cross-site anything, no cookie banner needed because there’s nothing to consent to.
What we do with it
- Deliver your files and receipts (Stripe, Resend — our email delivery service).
- Send the emails you signed up for — free kit, lifetime updates, occasional product news. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works instantly.
- Keep an order record so “resend my files” and refunds work.
What we will never do
- Sell, rent, or share your email or order history with anyone for marketing.
- Ask you to upload the contents of your filled-in binder. (What you write stays on your paper — that’s the design.)
- Send you fear-based marketing. Not our style.
Where it lives & how long
Order records live in our Cloudflare infrastructure; email lists live in MailerLite; payment records live in Stripe. We keep order records as long as we need to honor lifetime updates and tax obligations. Ask us to delete your data at any time and we will, everywhere we control it.
