The problem

The hard days are made harder by not knowing where to look.

A parent’s health changes. Someone dies. A storm takes a roof. Suddenly there are forms, phone calls, offices and deadlines, and the answers are scattered across a dozen agency websites written for people who already know the vocabulary.

The Library is the calm version of all of it. It gathers the trustworthy public guidance in one place, rewrites it in plain language, and puts it next to the binders where you keep your own information. You do not have to finish today. Pour a coffee and start with the Start Here navigator.

How we source it

Trusted public sources, adapted, never copied

  • US federal public-domain sources. The guides draw on work by agencies such as the Social Security Administration, the IRS, the CFPB, the VA, the National Institute on Aging, FEMA and Ready.gov.
  • Adapted, not copied. We reorganize and rewrite for clarity, and keep what the agencies say accurate.
  • Sources and dates in every guide. Each guide lists what it was built from and when we retrieved it, so you can check anything yourself.
  • Directory links verified. Every link in the 50-State Directory was checked in October 2026, and we link to the official source instead of reproducing forms.

Who it’s for

For the person who holds it together

  • You are the one in your family who ends up holding the paperwork, and you would like it all in one place.
  • You look after an aging parent and would rather have a plan than a pile.
  • You have been named executor, agent or trustee and are wondering where to start.
  • You want to be the person who made it easy for everyone else.

It may not be for you if:

  • You need a lawyer. We explain and organize; we do not draft your will or give legal advice.
  • You want an app or a subscription. This is a download you own and print.

For perspective

Different jobs, different prices

Estate-planning services are worth it when you need documents drafted. As of October 5, 2026 their published prices were:

The Library does a different job. It does not draft legal documents or store your data on a subscription. It helps you understand the process, organize what you have, and know where to go, for a one-time $97 and a file you own.

30-day money-back guarantee

If the Library doesn’t bring you calm, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full. No questions, no forms, no hoops. See our terms.

Questions

Good to know

What exactly do I download?

One zip file. Inside: every Keepsworth binder and organizer, the eight guides, the 50-State Directory of Official Forms & Offices, the Start Here navigator, the log packs, and a README with the current version note. The tablet edition for GoodNotes and Notability is included in the zip.

Is the tablet edition really included?

Yes, at no extra charge. Library owners are never offered the separate tablet add-on because they already have it.

Where do the guides come from?

Our guides are written from US federal public-domain sources such as the Social Security Administration, the IRS, the CFPB, the VA, the National Institute on Aging, FEMA and Ready.gov. We adapt and reorganize them; we do not copy them. Every guide lists its sources and the date we retrieved each one.

Does the directory reproduce the official forms?

No. It links to the official form or office for each state, so you always land on the current version from the issuing agency. We checked every link in October 2026 and note the date on each page.

Is this legal advice?

No. The Library is an organizational and educational tool, not legal, medical, financial or tax advice. For a will, a power of attorney, probate or taxes, speak to a licensed professional in your state. The guides are written to make you a well-prepared client.

How do updates work?

Free for life. When we improve the Library we replace the same download in place and add a short version note to the README. Sign in at keepsworth.com/account with the email you bought with, or use keepsworth.com/resend-files, to get a fresh link any time.

Why does the price change after 10 orders?

The first 10 owners get an intro price. After that the Library is $149. The price you see on this page is the price you are charged. It is not affected by our occasional sitewide sales.

What if it is not right for me?

We refund it within 30 days of purchase, in full, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt or write to [email protected].

Can I share the files with my family?

Print as many copies as you need for your own household. The files are for personal use and are not to be resold or redistributed.

Start with twenty minutes.

Open the Start Here navigator, pick the one thing on your mind, and begin there. The rest will be waiting.
